Current known gap: the hosted publish pipe is fully bug-fixed and passes local integrity verification, but has never completed a real end-to-end publish — the live Render service returned intermittent 502s when sent a full 28MB/2000-strategy payload. Not yet root-caused on the server side (no Render log access from this session).
